Rosevear is possibly the most perfectly and exquisitely positioned holiday home in the whole of the county of Cornwall, situated just a mile from Land's End and surrounded by terraced gardens. Perched on the hillside and commanding dramatic views of the Atlantic Ocean and Sennen Cove beach, Rosevear is everyone's dream of a Cornish coast holiday house.

The house is spacious, light, airy and warm and offers first-class accommodation to those seeking the very best that Britain offers in self catering. The interior is sensitively decorated to enhance the natural light that floods through the three huge picture windows, bringing the feel of the coast and the ocean right into the house. What a place to relax! Hard to imagine leaving Rosevear for even a moment, but given the sheer dramatic landscape and plethora of attractions in the surrounding area, it would be difficult not to.

Sennen is noted for its fine white sand beach, coastal footpaths and excellent rock climbing opportunities. The nearby village offers a pub, café and shop, as well as other local facilities. Penzance, with more extensive shopping, is just 9 miles from the house.

It must be noted that due to its position on the hillside, with access via 32 steps and a steep path down to the beach, it is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
